Chinese officials in the coastal city of Qingdao Tuesday unveiled its new maglev train, which can travel at speeds of up to 600 km/h or 373 mph.

The train was developed by the state-owned China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation. It’s considered the world’s fastest train and ground vehicle.

The average high-speed train in China travels at a speed up to 300 km/h or 217 mph, making this train more than 100 mph faster, per CNN.
