Watch Trump bid farewell to Mar-a-Lago members for the summer after yet another speech about the ‘rigged’ election

trump speaks mar a lago
Former President Donald Trump speaks at Mar-a-Lago on April 28, 2021.

  • A video has emerged of Trump saying his goodbyes to Mar-a-Lago members on Wednesday night.
  • Trump has plans to temporarily move his political operation to New Jersey.
  • Another video from the same event shows him baselessly claim that the 2020 election was “rigged.”

A video has emerged of former President Donald Trump bidding farewell to Mar-a-Lago members on Wednesday night.

In the clip, shared by TikTok user @45covfefe, Trump tells a crowd that he is vacating his Florida resort for the summer.

Speaking at an event to endorse Rep. Billy Long, the former president, says: “So I just want to thank everybody, this is sort of a closeout. Now we go through the summer… we’ll be back in October, maybe a little bit sooner.”

Trump advisors told Insider last week that the former president and several political aides were planning on temporarily relocating to his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

The move, which now appears to be imminent, is said to be driven by Florida’s climate and Trump’s political ambitions.

Mar-a-Lago closes just after Memorial Day on May 31 when South Florida weather becomes hot and muggy. It’s also so that Trump can gain easy access to New York donors as he builds his post-presidency political operation, Insider’s Tom LoBlanco reported.

Other videos from the same night have also emerged and show Trump talking about the Maricopa County election audit in Arizona.

Trump obsessively asks aides about the GOP-led audit of Arizona’s 2020 election results, Insider reported on Saturday.

“Watch Arizona. Some very interesting things are happening in Arizona,” he says in the clip posted on TikTok.

In another video, shared on YouTube, Trump touts the Arizona audit as a sign of future audits in other states.

“Let’s see what they find. I wouldn’t be surprised if they found thousands and thousands and thousands of votes,” he says. “We’re going to watch that very quickly and, after that, we’ll Pennsylvania, we’ll watch Georgia, and you’re going to watch Michigan, and Wisconsin, and New Hampshire.”

He then proceeds to again claim baselessly that the 2020 election was stolen. “This was a rigged election, everybody knows it, and we’re going to be watching it very closely.”

How to take screenshots or videos on the PS5 and then view or share them online

The Create button on the PS5’s controller lets you take screenshots, videos, and more.

  • You can take a screenshot on your PS5 using the DualSense controller’s “Create” button.
  • The PS5 Create button also lets you record video, and stream your gameplay live on Twitch or YouTube.
  • Once you’ve taken your screenshot or video, you can use the PS5’s Media Gallery app to edit or share your work.
  • Visit Insider’s Tech Reference library for more stories.

What do you get when you mix 4K graphics, faster frame rates, and bigger game universes? Even better photos and videos you can save and share with friends from your PlayStation 5.

The PS5 DualSense controller has a function that can do all of this. It’s called the Create button, and it’s the successor to the PS4’s Share button.

How the PS5’s Create button works

Located on the top-left of your controller and designated by a three-lined icon, the Create button can capture your gameplay in several ways.

The PS4’s Share button was replaced by the PS5’s Create button.

Hitting the Create button pauses gameplay, and from there, you can take screenshots, start recording videos, save a video of things you’ve already done, edit photos, or launch a livestream that can be seen online.

If you’re looking to take screenshots or record video of your gameplay on the PS5, here’s how to do it.

How to record and save Recent Gameplay

Whenever you open a game and begin playing, the console automatically starts recording your gameplay, even if you didn’t open the Create menu and hit the record button. You can later use an option in the Create menu to save this gameplay as a video, and upload it to Twitter or YouTube. Here’s how to do it.

How to view your PS5 screenshots and videos

Every photo and video you take will be saved in the Media Gallery, where they can be edited with colors, font changes, and more.

More importantly, though, the Media Gallery lets you share photos or videos on Twitter, YouTube, or with your PS5 friends.

How to share photos and videos from your PS5

Using any of the ways mentioned above to access your photos or videos via the Media Gallery, you can send them online to a linked Twitter or YouTube account, or with your PS5 friends. Just remember that you’ll need to link your PS5 account to Twitter or YouTube to share there – go to the Users and Accounts menu, as demonstrated above.

How long can Instagram Reels be? Here’s how to change the duration of your short-form video

Instagram reels
It’s easy to share an Instagram Reel in a variety of ways.

Instagram Reels are short-form videos on Instagram, not unlike (and clearly inspired by) TikTok videos. Users can upload videos that include music and video effects to share with their friends and followers.

How long Instagram Reels can be

Reels can be either 15 or 30 seconds in length. By default, Instagram Reels are 15 seconds long. To change that, tap the “15” on the left side of the screen before you start to record. You can switch between 15 and 30 seconds right up until you begin recording, but after you begin, it’s locked in at the selected length.

To change the length of your Instagram Reel, tap the time marker icon on the left side of the screen.

How the length of Instagram Reels compares to other video formats

Instagram’s intention is that reels are brief, so they are shorter than most other Instagram video formats. Regular Instagram videos can be up to a minute in length, IGTV videos can be as long as 15 minutes, and livestream videos can be as long as an hour. For all the details, see our guide to Instagram video length

Reels are also shorter than the other major short-form video platforms, including TikTok and Snapchat Spotlight, both of which let you record videos twice as long – up to one minute.
