Giving Tuesday combines two of Insider Reviews’ biggest passions: shopping and helping others.
After the hustle and bustle of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, many companies are using Giving Tuesday to give back to their communities while still trying to rustle up more holiday shopping. While many companies make donations year-round, like Leesa donating a mattress for every 10 sold, we’ve decided to focus today on Giving Tuesday-specific opportunities.
Below, we outline the Giving Tuesday campaigns from some of our favorite brands. Also, if they still have a Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale going, we tell you about that too.
Here are 21 brands giving back this Giving Tuesday
This year, Casper is donating a sheet set to its non-profit partners for every mattress it sells for Giving Tuesday. This coincides with the brand’s extended Black Friday sale, including up to 30% off mattresses. We like that the covers of Casper mattresses are made of recycled bottles, which is an eco-friendly touch that doesn’t adversely affect the comfort of the bed.
Chewy is one of our favorite places to shop for our pets. Today, the site will match every Wish List donation you make. Chewy has also extended its sales event and is offering up to 50% off toys, food, treats, and more.
Awe makes fine jewelry that is beloved by celebrities like Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and more. It’s particularly noted for its collection of pendants featuring goddesses from around the world. For Giving Tuesday, Awe is donating 100% of its sales to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI provides critical, life-saving mental health services to kids, teens, and adults.
If you have the latest version of the Instacart app, you can donate one meal to a local or national nonprofit each time you place an order for grocery delivery. This offer is available through next Tuesday, December 7. The list of nonprofits includes Second Harvest Canada and Feeding America.
Hedley & Bennett is known for its attractive aprons made of durable, breathable materials. Today, the company is donating 10% of proceeds to World Central Kitchen, a not-for-profit that provides meals in the wake of natural disasters.
Williams Sonoma’s goal is to raise $1 million for its philanthropic partners this Giving Tuesday. Today only, the company will donate $5 to the nonprofit No Kid Hungry for every piece of cookware and select electric appliances sold. You can also save up to 50% off many products as part of the site’s extended Cyber Monday sales.
Nappy Head Club donates all year-round to organizations that support Black Americans. But, a portion of today’s sales will specifically support the National Black Food and Justice Alliance.
TOMS employees are spending Giving Tuesday volunteering in their communities. And, as always, 1/3 of the company’s profits support grassroots efforts, including promoting equity and inclusion. If you’re interested in supporting TOMS by purchasing heels, sneakers, slippers, sandals, or other shoe products, you can take advantage of a 35% off sitewide sale.
We’ve compiled a list of unique kitchenware and cooking tools from Food52 that would make great gifts. Giving Tuesday is the best time to shop for these products since Food52 is donating 5% of all sales to Feeding America. Plus, through December 20, 15% of sales of select Five Two products will go to Feeding America.
Wolven is a clothing brand that focuses on sustainability and celebrating differences. For Giving Tuesday, the company is donating 40% of its profits to its nonprofit partners, and it’s offering 40% off sitewide on leggings, active tops, shorts, and more.
Tuft & Needle is partnering with One Tree Planted this week. For every purchase, it will plant a tree in areas affected by the Pacific Northwest wildfires. You can also get 30% off mattresses and 20% off other products during the company’s extended Cyber Monday sale.
Stojo is one of my favorite sustainable brands. They make collapsible bowls, cups, and bottles that are easy to bring along with you and use in place of disposable items. Today, for every order on its site, the company is donating a Stojo cup to frontline workers at hospitals.
Through the end of the year, Dell will donate a device to a student in the US for every computer it receives to be reused or refurbished through its Trade In program. The company’s goal is to reduce the digital divide impacting students in lower-income areas.
For every purchase made at Hanes.com through Sunday, December 5, the company will donate a pair of socks to the homeless and others in need. This offer coincides with several sales on the brand’s site, including 50% off sweats.

Brown Aspiration is a Black woman-owned online retailer that specializes in all things stationery, including journals, pens, notepads, bags, backpacks, and more. A portion of every sale on Giving Tuesday will go to support Trees for the Future and the Entreherneur Foundation’s Grand for Black Women-Owned Businesses.
Porter Road, one of our favorite meat delivery companies, is donating 5% of today’s sales to Feeding America. This makes it an ideal time to pre-order holidays mainstays, including rib roasts, hams, turkeys, and more.
Few brands have given back as much as Patagonia over the years. Patagonia has several initiatives today, including matching donations to nonprofits.
This Giving Tuesday, AllModern is matching donations to Community Solutions, a nonprofit that helps communities in the US to solve homelessness. AllModern is also offering up to 25% off products sitewide.
Alltruists aims to teach kids to learn, connect, act, and give through monthly volunteer and giving projects that they can do in their living room. For Giving Tuesday, the site will donate $10 for every individual and subscription project box sold.
Cloud Paper is already doing good work for the environment by producing bamboo paper products, which are more sustainable than paper sourced from slow-growing non-bamboo forests. For Giving Tuesday, the company is teaming up with One Tree Planted to plant a tree for every order.
